岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.负责餐厅酒水出品、鸡尾酒研发,把控酒水口感、摆盘与出品标准。
Manage bar beverage production, cocktail R&D, control drink taste and presentation standard.
2.管理吧台酒水、器具、物料库存,定期盘点,管控酒水成本损耗。
Manage wine, bar tools and supplies inventory, control beverage cost and loss.
3.培训调酒员酒水知识、调法、服务礼仪,督导吧台卫生操作规范。
Train bartenders on wine knowledge, mixing skill & etiquette, supervise bar hygiene standard.
4.对接采购更新酒单,配合宴会、下午茶提供特色酒水方案。
Cooperate with purchasing to update wine list, provide special drinks for banquet & afternoon tea.
5.筹备开业职责:制定酒吧酒水清单、吧台 SOP,设备调试,酒水试调与员工培训。
Pre-opening duties: Create wine list & bar SOP, test equipment, trial mixing and bartender training.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1.至少 5 年奢华酒店 / 精品酒吧调酒工作,2 年以上首席调酒师管理经验。
Minimum 5 years Luxury hotel bar experience, 2+ years as head bartender.
2.精通鸡尾酒、威士忌、红酒知识,具备新品研发能力。
Proficient in cocktail, whisky & wine knowledge, capable of new drink development.
3.基础英语沟通流畅,吧台操作规范,注重卫生与出品颜值。
Fluent basic English, standard bar operation, focus on hygiene & drink presentation.
4.有奢华酒店筹备开业经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotel is preferred.
