岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.协助餐饮总监管理各餐厅、茶廊、宴会现场服务团队等,把控服务品质。
Assist F&B Director to supervise outlet & banquet service team and control service quality.
2.制定一线服务标准,组织员工技能培训、日常仪容礼仪督导。
Formulate service standards, organize staff training and supervise grooming & etiquette.
3.管控餐具、酒水、布草耗材,定期盘点,降低餐饮损耗。
Manage tableware, wine and linen, conduct regular inventory to reduce waste.
4.现场跟进用餐宾客需求,及时处理客诉,联动厨房优化出品服务配合。
Follow up guest dining experience, resolve complaints and coordinate with kitchen.
5.筹备开业职责:编制各餐厅服务 SOP,统筹开业摆台、试餐、全员实操培训。
Pre-opening duties: Compile outlet SOP, arrange table setting, food tasting and staff training.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
1.至少 8 年奢华酒店餐饮服务管理经验。
Minimum 8 years luxury hotel F&B service management experience.
2.熟悉中西餐、宴会、等全套服务流程,擅长现场人员管控。
Familiar with Chinese & Western restaurant, banquet , good at on-site team control.
3.英语沟通良好,抗压能力强,可配合晚市、节假日值班。
Good English communication, high pressure resistance, available for evening & holiday shift.
4.有奢华酒店筹备开业经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotel is preferred.
