• Maintenance the relationship with exist accounts and develop new accounts.
客户关系的维护和拓展新客户。
Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
• In charge of corporate account and maintenance the relationship with exist accounts (Sales call
frequently and email, telephone and others).
负责公司客户，维护客户关系（经常通过邮件、电话等方式对客户进行拜访）。
• Develop new corporate accounts and follow up.
拓展新的公司客户以及相关跟进工作。
• Site inspection for clients.
带领客户现场参观。
• Investigate our properties’ competitor information (rates and promotion and etc.)
调查竞争对手的相关信息（如：价格、促销方式等)。
• Daily production & revenue report; Monthly and year production & revenue report.
制作月度和年度的销售产量和收入报表。
• Weekly customer feedback/Monthly inventory check/Monthly rate parity check/Quarterly web
description check.
每月客户的反馈、月度房态的核查、月度价格的核查、网站信息的核查。
• Quote and follow up reservation and payment, insure all reservations correctly. Good
communication with reservation associates.
• 跟进预订和付款情况，确保所有的预订准确无误。与预订同事有良好的沟通。
• Making necessary setting on all relevant OTA (Online Travel Agent) system with accurate and
efficient.
对所有在线预订中心系统的操作准确及高效。
• Renewal annual agreement with Travel Agents, done and follow up the agreement return.
每年度及时更新与旅行社的协议，并跟进相关协议的返回情况。
Requirements 资质需求
• College degree or above.
• 大学专科以上学历。
• More than 2 years hotel / service apartment or travel agency sales experience.
2 年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。
• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities.
流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。
• Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications.
良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。
• Good team spirit.
良好的团队协作精神。
• Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.
富有工作热情，能承受工作压力。
• Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE) System.
熟悉 EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)等系统
