Responsible for the overall marketing efforts of the hotel’s two restaurants
(Italian and Chinese cuisines). Core focus is on planning and executing a wide range of
marketing campaigns – including tasting dinners, seasonal promotions, co-branded events, and
more – to increase restaurant visibility and uphold the brand’s premium image.
主要职责(聚焦活动策划与执行)
1. 活动策划与执行
o 制定年度活动日历,策划并落地主厨晚宴、时令菜单发布、节日主题宴(春
节/中秋/情人节/圣诞)、跨界联名等线上线下营销活动。
o 统筹活动全流程:预算编制、供应商对接、现场执行、效果复盘。
2. 品牌推广与内容传播
o 配合酒店市场传讯策略,制定餐厅品牌传播计划。
o 管理微信、小红书、抖音、大众点评等平台的内容发布与互动。
3. 媒体与KOL合作
o 维护美食、生活方式类媒体及KOL/KOC资源,策划媒体品鉴会、主厨专访等
活动,提升曝光。
4. 市场分析
o 跟踪竞品动态与市场趋势,优化活动策略。
5. 跨部门协作
o 与餐厅运营、行政总厨紧密配合,确保活动顺畅落地并符合米其林服务标准
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop an annual activity calendar; plan and roll out online and offline marketing events
such as chef’s tasting menus, seasonal menu launches, festive banquets (Chinese New Year,
Mid-Autumn Festival, Valentine’s Day, Christmas), and cross-industry collaborations.
• Manage the entire event lifecycle: budgeting, supplier coordination, on-site execution, and
post-event performance review.
2. Brand Promotion & Content Distribution
• Align with the hotel’s marketing communications strategy to formulate brand
communication plans for the restaurants.
• Oversee content publishing and engagement on platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu,
Douyin, and Dianping.
3. Media & KOL Collaboration
• Maintain relationships with food, lifestyle media, and KOL/KOC networks; organize media
tasting events and chef interviews to boost exposure.
4. Market Analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with restaurant operations and the executive chef to ensure events are
delivered seamlessly and in line with Michelin-level service standards.
