1.协助管理宴会及中餐包厢的营运,确保场地布置、服务流程高效顺畅。
Assists in overseeing operations for banquets and Chinese private dining rooms, ensuring efficient venue setup and smooth service procedures.
2.督导团队执行品牌标准,提供优质对客服务,处理客诉。
Supervises the team to comply with brand standards, deliver premium guest service and resolve guest complaints.
3.管控人力与物资成本,协助完成部门预算及盘点工作。
Manpower and material costs are kept under control; assists with departmental budgeting and inventory counts.
4.跨部门协同,保障中餐包厢接待及宴会活动圆满落地,提升客户满意度。
Collaborates with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of private dining and banquet events, and enhance guest satisfaction.
任职条件 Criteria:
1.2 年以上国际品牌酒店宴会服务同岗位相关经验。
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in banquet service with international hotel brands.
2.熟悉宴会统筹、现场执行及服务标准流程。
Well-versed in banquet coordination, on-site execution and standard service procedures.
3.具备团队管理与抗压应变能力,责任心强。
Possess team management skills, good adaptability under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
4.良好沟通表达与英文能力,形象气质佳。
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency; presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
