职位描述 Job Description
1. 协助商务总监&副总监开发客户,完成个人及团队销售业绩指标
Assist Director of Commercial and Assist. Director of Commercial to develop clients, achieve individual and team sales targets
2. 跟进客户全流程对接,洽谈客房、会议、包场报价,签订合作协议
Follow up with clients throughout cooperation, negotiate rates for rooms and events, sign sales contracts
3. 维护存量合作客户关系,定期回访,挖掘客房、宴会、餐饮复购需求
Maintain relationships with existing clients via regular visits, tap repeat demand for rooms, banquets and F&B
4. 整理客户档案、销售报表,同步客户需求至前厅、宴会、餐饮等部门
Sort client files and sales reports, communicate client requirements to front office, banquet and F&B teams
5. 参与酒店市场推广活动、展会及客户推介会,拓展新渠道与潜在客源
Take part in marketing campaigns and exhibitions to explore new channels and potential customers
6. 协助统筹会议、会议活动前期对接,现场配合保障活动顺利落地
Support pre-event coordination for conferences and banquets, assist on-site execution
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 1 年以上高端酒店销售工作经验,熟悉客房、会议、宴会销售业务流程
Minimum 1 year sales experience in international hotels, familiar with room, conference and banquet sales workflow
2. 具备商务英语沟通能力,擅长商务洽谈、客户维护与报价方案制作
Business oral English proficiency, skilled in negotiation, client retention and quotation preparation
3. 目标感强,抗压能力突出,可外勤拜访客户,配合活动高峰期加班
Strong target-driven mindset and stress resistance, able to visit clients off-site and work overtime for events
