职位描述 Job Description
1.按配方制作各类甜品、面包,选用新鲜原料,规范处理边角原料控制损耗。
Make desserts and breads per recipes, use fresh raw materials, handle leftover materials to control costs.
2.严格遵循出品标准制作装饰,保证甜品口感、造型符合酒店品质要求。
Produce and decorate desserts as required, guarantee taste and presentation meet hotel standards.
3.执行饼房卫生消杀规范,清洁烘焙设备工具,设备故障第一时间上报。
Follow pastry sanitation standards, clean baking equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
4.申领、分类存储烘焙原料,做好库存登记,配合饼房主管完成日常运营。
Receive and store baking ingredients with records, assist pastry supervisor with daily operation.
5.服从工作安排,按时参与培训例会,遵守酒店食品安全、消防相关制度。
Follow work arrangements, attend training & meetings, comply with hotel food safety and fire rules.
任职条件 Criteria
1.半年及以上饼房、西点相关实操工作经验。
At least 0.5 year practical working experience in pastry or western bakery.
2.熟练掌握面包、甜品基础制作、裱花装饰技能。
Skilled in basic bread, dessert making and cake decorating techniques.
3.拥有良好团队协作能力,服从饼房主管管理与带教。
Good teamwork ability, accept management and training from pastry supervisor.
4.熟悉烘焙原料储存、西点食品安全操作规范。
Familiar with baking material storage and pastry food safety operation standards.
5.细心踏实,能适应轮班,遵守酒店仪容仪表及各项管理制度。
Careful and hard-working, able to work shifts, comply with hotel grooming and regulations.
