【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】
Take full charge of daily operation and management of hotel guest room floors, ensuring service quality and hygiene standards comply with hotel requirements.
全面负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营管理工作，确保服务质量和卫生标准符合酒店要求 。
Supervise and guide the work of floor attendants, and reasonably arrange staff scheduling and task allocation.
监督和指导楼层服务员的工作，合理安排员工排班及工作任务分配。
Conduct regular inspections on guest room cleanliness and the operation of facilities and equipment, promptly resolve various issues and follow up on maintenance progress.
定期检查客房清洁状况及设施设备运行情况，及时处理各类问题并跟进维修进度。
Be responsible for floor inventory management, including the requisition, storage and stocktaking of linens, guest amenities and other supplies.
负责楼层物资管理，包括布草、客用品等的申领、保管及盘点工作。
Handle guest complaints and special requests, deliver personalized services and improve guest satisfaction.
处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提供个性化服务，提升客户满意度。
Coordinate with front desk, engineering and other departments to ensure efficient operation of guest room services.
配合前台、工程等其他部门协调工作，确保客房服务高效运转。
Take charge of training new hires and improving professional skills of existing staff, and organize regular assessments on service standards.
负责新员工培训及在职员工技能提升，定期组织服务标准考核。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Possess basic knowledge of hotel management or related fields; candidates with housekeeping service experience are preferred.
具备酒店管理或相关领域基础知识，有客房服务经验者优先。
Possess strong organizational, coordination and team management skills, capable of effectively motivating staff.
较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性。
Detail-oriented with strict standards for cleanliness and hygiene, and possess strong awareness of quality control.
注重细节，对卫生清洁标准有严格要求，具备质量把控意识。
Possess good communication skills and emergency response capabilities, able to properly handle all kinds of unexpected incidents.
良好的沟通技巧和应变能力，能妥善处理各类突发事件。
Good physical health, able to work shift schedules and withstand high work pressure.
身体健康，能适应倒班工作制，具备较强的工作抗压能力。
Possess basic computer operating skills and be proficient in hotel management systems.

Proactive at work with strong service awareness and sense of responsibility.
