MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY主要职责
1.Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the outlet or in any other assigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
承担对餐厅的日常营运的责任或任何其它分配的工作以确保运转平稳，并且在酒店框架中创造利润。
2.Assist in working toward positive financial results.
协助部门向积极的财政结果努力。
3.Assist in ensuring that scheduling is done accurately and in a timely manner.
协助确定本部门的正确工作安排并且及时地执行。
4.Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
协助保持对员工较高的鼓励和较好的培训。
JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求
At least 4 years B&F experience.
至少4年的餐饮工作经验。
Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧和对客热情有礼。
Demonstrated good communication in English and Mandarin.
良好的普通话及流利的英语沟通能力。
