餐饮部副总监 Assistant Director of F&B

您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。行使餐饮部业务经理和市场推广专员的职能，确保所有餐厅和宴会遵循酒店标准成功运营并实现商业目标。
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
【任职要求】
最好拥有酒店或旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年在大型机构担任餐饮部副总监或资深餐厅经理的工作经验；具有良好的经营、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management; minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
