【工作职责】
确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务，礼貌而高效地的方式处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。作为餐厅的营业经理和市场专员，依照酒店标准确保餐厅成功运作并独立盈利。
【任职要求】
1. 熟练掌握餐厅服务的标准要求和技能技巧，具备较强的英文听说读写能力和对客服务技巧
2. 拥有良好的沟通交流和人际协调能力
3. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
4. 能适应灵活的班次
5. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神
6. 至少一年以上同岗工作经历

We are looking for Assistant Manager- The Penthouse
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise andprovide exceptional guest service at all times. Handles all guest and internalcustomer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.Establishes and maintain good customer relationships with customers.To functionas the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensurethat the Outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of thehotel and are individually profitable.
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficiency in the standard requirements and skills of Outletservice, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, andcustomer service skills
2. Have good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. At least one year of work experience in the same position
