Reservations Clerk 预订员 Job Requirements 1. To ensure a smooth operation at the Reservations Department and good operation with other related departments. 2. Assist the Reservation Supervisor to operate the department including telephone handling, reservations input and email reply etc. 3. To make sure that the tracking system is properly used according to the corporate guidelines. 4. Assist in arranging the duty roster of the department and ensure that the office is appropriately manned according to the anticipate call volume. 5. Constantly update on forecast and distribute to related departments. 6. Properly dressed in uniform with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.7. Conducting business according to the Amanfayun guidelines and local law. 8. . Compliance to the guidelines set up for the reservations operation includingtelephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, and regulations.
