· Ensures efficient office administration procedures, and follow up the application of various engineering maintenance and purchasing systems of hr department.

· Maintains and updates all records and information and computerised filing system. Such as new hired associate poster, attendance, associates name list.
· 维护及更新所有的记录及信息和电脑录入存档系统。例如,新入职员工海报、办公室考勤、在职员工名单等。
· Ensure the signing and issuance of the labor contract for hotel all employees.
· 确保酒店员工劳动合同的签订和发放。
· Assists in recruitment activities, prepares, contacts applicants for screening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks and documents applicant references.
· 协助完成新员工的录用活动,与应聘者进行联系并安排合适的候选人在恰当的时间与部门经理见面,检查应聘者的相关信息。
· Assists by checking to ensure all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. HR Office,Associate Lockers.
· 协助检查以确保所有员工设施能够按照标准得到维护,例如员工办公室、员工更衣柜。
· Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
· 自愿参加酒店安排的培训课程以提高自身技能和素质。
