1.Maintenance of all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation.

2.Must focus on constant improvement of Training Manuals and SOP’s

3.Must participate actively in Daily Quality initiatives in order to constantly improve the Culinary.

4.Can be asked to work for off site events.

5.Can be asked to complete tasks and jobs outside the kitchen areas.

6.Can be utilized during inventories.

7.Ensure overseas discipline of all culinary employees.

8.All colleagues have to be knowledgeable about occupancy, events, forecast and so on.

9.Preparation of menus as per request, in timely fashion.

10.Control of stations within the kitchen.

11.Close working relationship with the Stewarding to ensure high cleanliness and breakages.

12.Every guest request must be responded to complete satisfaction.

【任职要求】
Required Qualifications 任职要求
1. At least 3 years above professional experience beyond the degree
具有至少三年以上相关工作经验。
2.Working experience in similar five star international chain hotel is preferred.
具有同等国际连锁星级酒店工作经验者优先。
3.Team work spirit
团队精神。
4.Working under pressure
有一定的抗压能力
