Position Summary 职位概述
1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施)。
4.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等,并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。
5.Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
拓展增加住房产量,并同时增加宴会收入。
6.Maintains close communication with the Banquet Sales Team in the negotiation process of their accounts.
在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持与宴会销售人员的及时沟通。
7.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
Required Qualifications 任职要求
1.Get known the information of martet and competitors,develop the potential &new account.
了解市场及竞争对手信息,同时开发新客户及潜力客户。
2.Maintain good relationship with current key account,increase their production from city volume.
维护好酒店现有的主要客户,同时在现有产量基础上有所提高。
3.The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
酒店服务行业是一个24小时不间断营运的行业。必须确保随时提供热情周到的服务。
