面点厨师长负责保证提供高质量的面点并协助中厨房总厨对点心房的运营和管理。
This position is concerned with assisting EChinese Head Chef to ensure and maintain a high quality for all Dim Sum items and being responsible for organizing and supervising in the production and presentation of Dim Sum Section.
