1.Ensure the correct operation of the switchboard for fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls. 快速高效的转接所有来电。
2.Greets all guests communications with a warm tone, ensuring that they feel welcomed and appreciated when contacting the hotel. 交流的时候热情的语调和所有宾客问候,让他们觉得受到酒店的欢迎。
3.Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department. 回答客人的电话询问或者将电话接转至有关部门。
4.Responsible for booking and placing of guest long distance calls correctly. 负责准确地登记和接通客人的长途电话。
5.Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely. 负责准确及时的为客人提供叫醒服务。
6.Responsible for monitoring wake-up call log and take appropriate action if a call is not answered. 负责检查叫醒服务记录, 并在电话没有人接听时采取适当的措施。
7.Have thorough knowledge of and assists guests and callers with the hotels Voice Mail system. 熟悉语音信箱系统,并帮助客人和来电者使用该系统。
8.Report fault promptly. 及时报告错误。
9.Knowledge of daily events in the hotel. 了解酒店的每日活动。
10.Must be fully familiar with emergency contingency plans/safety and responsibilities relating to specific positions. 熟悉火灾等突发情况的预警措施并严格按照酒店的相关规章制度予以执行。
