职位描述
招聘人数:2人
Responsible for restaurant reception, guest reservation and service,maintain efficient and courteous working attitude. To control passenger flow;To avoid local crowding, take the guests to the table in order. Introduce thespecial selection of the day to the guest; assist the superior and employee tofinish other work if necessary.
负责餐厅的接待,宾客预定服务工作,要保持高效、礼貌的工作态度。要控制客流量;为避免出现局部拥挤的情况,要按顺序把客人领到餐桌前。给客人介绍当日特选,如果需要帮助上级及员工完成其它工作。

Administration
行政职责:
· Responsible for serving food and beverages inrestaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner.
负责餐厅的服务工作,要保持高效、礼貌的工作态度。
· RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
责任和方法
· Carry out all duties in dance with tasks anddescriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
根据饭店的规章制度来完成本职工作。
· May be assigned to perform duties in otherF&B outlets needed.
如果需要,完成上级布置的餐饮部其它分部的工作。
· Performs any other duties as may be assigned byyour superior.
完成上级布置的其它工作。
· Suggests food and beverages ~ to be well versedwith menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
要熟练掌握菜单、食品准备方法及其它方面的知识,以便向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
· Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware,hollowware and flatware.
清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
· Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place levelat working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
· Replenishes supply of hand towels and otherOperating equipment.
添加所需的毛巾及设备。
· Obtains requested items from storeroom.
从仓库内领取物品。
· Keeps general appearance and maintenance ofRestaurant working areas.
保持餐厅工作场地的干净、完好、整洁。
· Follows correct sequence of service as outlinedin the Standard Operating Manual.
根据标准的工作手册进行服务。
· Cleans all spillage during service times and atclosing.
结束服务后,要清理桌面上所有的脏物。
· Maintains excellent grooming standards at alltimes.
始终保持良好的仪容仪表。
· Cleans and removes from the table after serviceis completed.
在服务结束时要把桌面清理干净。
· Transports soiled dishes from dining room tokitchen and deposit them in proper placing at the Steward area.
把用过的饭菜从餐厅送到厨房,并放置在管事工清理处。
Training and Human Resources

· Attends all training sessions as scheduled.
根据安排参加所有的培训课程。
· Ensure wherever possible that employees areprovided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment andvictimisation.
·确保无论何时都应提供给员工们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。
· Treat complaints of harassment anddiscrimination promptly and confidentially.
·快速和保密地处理有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。
· Treat customers and colleagues from allcultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

· Identify and deal with issues which may causecross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

· All staffs are required to comply with everyreasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount oftime that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· All staffs may be assigned to other duties inthe hotel as and when required by business levels.

· Perform other related duties & specialprojects as assigned by the supervisor

Health and Safety

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards arereported immediately and rectified
确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。
· Be fully conversantwith all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures
熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急事件的处理程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures arerehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety ofguests and Staffs
· 为了客人们和员工们的安全和消防安全,必须确保所有的紧急程序都被预演、落实和实施。
· Ensure the safety of the persons and theproperty of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations bystrict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
在公平的酒店规则和严格遵守的法律法规下,确保在酒店内所有人的人生和财产安全。
· Ensure all Staff within the department work ina manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves orothers
确保所有员工都在部门内以安全的方式操作,避免不安全的或者不适合的冒险的行为造成自己或者其他工作人员的损伤或不便。

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage ofall intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhereto Internet and Email policy
确保保密和安全的存储所有知识产权和数据,包括所有印刷品和电子软件。遵守国际互联网和电子邮件政策。
· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff Information ortransactions are kept confidential during or after employment with thecompany.
