岗位职责 Job Description:
1.与其它部门沟通及传达信息给有关部门及部门内之相应工作人员,并接收与部门有关的信息并传递
Communicate with other departments and deliver information to related person, receive all relvant information and deliver
2.对外线打入的私人电话只作记录,不能转接(特殊情况除外)
Make records for all outside call instead of transfer. (except the special case)
3.负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管及发放(贵重物品单独保管),同时确保遗留物品的整齐,摆放合理
Responsible for all L&F records, keeping, and issuing(store seperately for valuables), and make sure all articles placed tidy and reasonablely
4、协助部门对员工的上、下班和考勤情况的监督,禁止视而不见,姑息将就,有关制度问题要及时向部门反映
Assist the department's supervision of attendance, for any unusual case should report timely
