Front Desk Supervisor reports to Reception Manager. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by creating a delightful arrival and departure experiences with guests in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
1.Overall supervise the reception and cashier work of the front desk, and assisted the reception manager in compiling the staff attendance arrangement
2.Conduct regular training base on hotel service standards, upselling and hotel membership strategies
3.Continuously improve service quality according to hotel LQE standards, strengthen on-site management, and timely spot and solve problems in operation
4.Strengthen the management of all assets of the front office, reasonably control the use and consumption of goods and schedule for advance purchasing
5.Implement the regulations of the hotel and other work assigned by the superior.
Job Requested:
1.Minimum of 2 years relevant position in luxury hotels.
2.Must enjoy guest contact and have a natural ability to serve and delight them.
3.A team player with ability to multi-task and remain composed at all times.
4.Basic computer and typing skills.
5.Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
