3. Establishesa rapport with guests maintaining good guest relationship.

4. Personally,and frequently verifies that guests, and members of the public utilizing the GuestServices Centre services are receiving service in line with Hyatt Internationalstandards.

5. Ensuresall incoming calls are answered promptly, handled in a courteous and friendlymanner, and are connected correctly.

6. Reportsand co-ordinates all repairs and maintenance, to ensure proper maintenance ofthe Guest Services Centre and all equipment's.
