礼宾员 Concierge Bellman

The Concierge is responsible for the safe and efficient transfer and storage of hotel guests’ luggage,delivery of messages, and other tasks required by the Concierge Supervisor. Responsible for greeting guests and responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. They are a welcoming presence at the front of the hotel and have complete control of the driveway at all times.
礼宾员/行李员是负责传送物品及行李时的安全及效率性，将客人行李放到行李房，递送留言及其它由礼宾主管发出指令的工作。负责欢迎客人及以亲切及有效率的态度回应客人的要求。他们随时随地在大堂前欢迎客人及全时间管理车道。
