The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport,including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Reception to join our Rooms team.
As a Service Leader-Reception, we rely on you to:
Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all timesSupervise and lead all service associates in their daily activitiesUpsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriateEnsure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelierEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutionsCommunicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industryPreferably comes from a hotel management-related education backgroundHas strong interpersonal and communication skills
