云轩中餐厅服务员Le Chinois Chinese Attendant

岗位职责（Duties & Responsibilities）
1. 熟悉中餐厅各项服务流程、菜品基础知识及对客礼仪，熟练掌握餐前、餐中、餐后全套服务工作，保质保量完成日常服务任务。
Familiar with Chinese restaurant service procedures and dish knowledge, proficient in full-process service including pre-meal preparation, in-dining service and post-meal closing.
2. 严格按照酒店标准完成餐前准备工作，包含餐桌摆台、环境卫生清洁、餐具摆放、物料补齐及区域卫生自查，确保营业前符合开业标准。
Complete pre-service preparation in accordance with hotel standards, including table setting, area cleaning, tableware arrangement and material supplement to meet business requirements.
3. 热情接待到店宾客，主动引位、递巾、倒茶、点单，准确记录客人点餐需求，及时核对菜品、酒水、特殊口味要求，确保点单准确无误。
Receive guests warmly, provide seating arrangement, tea service and order taking, accurately record guest orders and special dining requirements to avoid order mistakes.
4. 配合传菜及后厨出品工作，熟悉标准上菜顺序、中餐上菜礼仪，及时上菜、撤盘、换骨碟、添茶加水，全程保持台面整洁。
Cooperate with food runners and kitchen team, serve dishes in standard sequence, replace tableware timely and refill drinks to maintain neat dining tables throughout guest stay.
5. 主动向客人介绍餐厅特色菜品、时令菜式及酒水饮品，耐心解答宾客菜品咨询，合理推荐搭配，提升客人用餐体验及门店消费。
Proactively introduce signature dishes, seasonal products and beverages to guests, answer dining inquiries patiently and make reasonable recommendations to improve guest satisfaction and sales.
6. 负责责任区域内的环境卫生、桌椅设备、餐具用具的清洁维护，及时清理餐后垃圾，保持餐厅整体干净、整洁、舒适。
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned service area, tables, chairs and facilities, and clean up dining residues promptly after guest departure.
7. 认真听从领班及上级管理人员的工作安排，配合班组完成日常营业、宴席接待、团队用餐等各项服务工作。
Follow daily work arrangements from captain and supervisors, and cooperate with the team to complete daily service, banquet and group dining reception.
8. 主动观察宾客用餐状态，及时响应客人需求，妥善处理简单宾客咨询及问题，遇到无法处理的客诉及时上报领班。
Observe guest dining experience actively, respond to guest needs in a timely manner, handle simple guest inquiries and report unresolved complaints to the restaurant captain.
9. 爱护餐厅物资、餐具及设施设备，节约水、电、物料耗材，规范使用服务用具，减少破损及浪费。
Take good care of restaurant facilities, tableware and supplies, save energy and materials, and use service tools standardly to reduce loss and damage.
10. 严格遵守酒店及部门规章制度、仪容仪表规范、考勤纪律及服务标准，坚守岗位，保持良好的职业服务形象。
Strictly comply with hotel rules, grooming standards, attendance discipline and service SOPs, adhere to job duties and maintain professional service image at all times.
任职要求（Job Requirements）
1. 学历要求：中专及以上学历，专业不限，酒店管理、餐饮服务相关专业优先。
Education: Technical secondary school or above, no major restriction; Hotel Management and Catering Service majors are preferred.
2. 工作经验：有无经验均可，有中餐、星级酒店餐饮服务经验者优先，可接受优秀应届生。
Work Experience: No experience required; candidates with Chinese restaurant or star hotel service experience are preferred, fresh graduates are acceptable.
3. 能力要求：具备基础沟通表达能力，服从管理、学习能力强，能够快速掌握中餐服务流程及岗位技能。
Competencies: Possess basic communication skills, quick learning ability and good obedience to team management.
4. 职业素养：五官端正、身体健康、气质良好，具备较强的服务意识、亲和力、耐心及团队协作意识。
Professionalism: Good appearance and healthy condition, strong service awareness, affinity, patience and team spirit.
5. 其他要求：能适应餐饮倒班、早晚班及节假日轮班，抗压能力良好，无不良从业记录。
Others: Able to work shifts, evening shifts and holidays; capable of working under pressure with no bad employment records.
