2. Responsible for Waiter/ Waitress & Host/ Hostess。对本部门内的服务员和领位负责。
3. Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dress code & Kempinski grooming standards, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 以身作则为部门员工展示一个作为酒店人应保有的高标准的仪容仪表标准,并与凯宾斯基酒店集团的标准相一致!
4. A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times. 总是为客人提供礼貌、专业、高效的服务
