Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all pastry items prepared.
在准备饼房出品时确保准备流程正确且持续稳定。
- To schedule all pastry employees, ensuring all report to work on time.
合理安排饼房员工时间表,确保每位员工能准时上班报到。
- To treat employees at every level of responsibilities fairly and consistently to achieve high morale and minimum turnover.
强化培训每个阶层的员工,使他们具有明确的责任感,充满士气,减少人员转换和流失。
- To communicate regularly with the Executive Chef to achieve an excellent rapport throughout the food production department and in developing new menu items.
在食品的生产过程中以及对菜单进行讨论的过程中,时常与饼房的厨师进行交流,与他们建立良好的关系。
- To ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by Banyan Tree and the Local hygiene are in compliance as well the cleanliness and neatness of the kitchen. The ability to supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of all food preparation equipment including checking proper fridge and freezer temperatures.
确保厨房的环境卫生,严格按照悦榕的标准以及本地卫生标准去保持厨房的干净与整洁。具备维护与监管食品卫生设备,器材的能力,并且检查冰箱,冷冻柜是否运作正常,时刻留意温度。
- To ensure all equipment is in full working order, safe to operate and well maintained.
确保所有设备在正确的工作流程下运作,运作安全并且得到练好维护。
- To develop and ensure a safe working environment for people to work.
确保并且致力于发展一个安全的工作环境供员工们工作。
- To ensure a superior production of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice cream, sorbet, fruit compotes, breads, chocolates, etc. for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities.
确保生产高质量的甜点制品,包括甜点,饼干,蛋糕,冰激凌,雪芭,果盘,面包,巧克力等等,提供给每一个营业点以及宴会。
- To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety procedures.
对任何酒店的紧急情况以及安全程序做出正确的回应。
- To perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management and staff.
积极配合酒店管理层和员工,完成他们提出的其他任务以及要求。
- To be able to coordinate the job requirements between all the kitchens, the Chefs, in cooperation with Stewarding, Service and Engineering departments.
能够合理地与其他厨房各部门,厨师进行协调,配合管事部,前场服务以及工程部的工作。
- The ability to be connected with China and the international Pastry scene in order to constantly improve the Pastry and Bakery products, new techniques and trends.
能够时常与中国以及国际糕点业保持联系,以便于提高糕点面包制作工艺,掌握新技术和发展方向。
岗位要求
1.中专学历以上,熟练的专业英语交流能力。
2.具有西饼房相关管理工作经验5年以上。
3.熟悉西式面包制作,有一定的创新意识 。
4.组织能力强,能适应多任务工作环境。
5.良好的团队合作精神,多任务处理能力,良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
