职位描述

1.Reports to work punctual, well groomed and with clean uniform.
准时报到,仪表整洁,工服干净。
2.Personally checks and takes great interest in the cleanliness of all food production
and service area while supervising also the cleaning of the floors and surroundings
as often as required.
按要求亲自检查所有食品出品和服务区域的清洁,同样也负责监督地面和环境的清洁。
3.He/She is not only partially for the cleanliness but also devotes great interest in the maintenance of all Stewarding equipment and reports any deficiency to his
immediate supervisor.

4.Participates actively in all Stewarding training programs.
积极参与管事部培训。
5.Insures that breakage of chinaware, glassware and damage to silver-ware and flatware
is kept to a minimum.
确保把瓷器,玻璃器皿,银器和刀叉器具的破损降到最小。
6.Supervises and is entirely familiar with the operational functions of the dish machine.
监督和完全熟悉洗碗机的业务职能。
7.All house rules, regulations and hotel polices.
知道所有的规章制度和酒店制度。
8.Keep Chief Steward informed on all items of interest.
让管事部经理了解所有相关情况。
9.Fulfill side jobs as designated and any other assignment or responsibilities deemed
reasonable and necessary by the Chief Steward.
履行管事部经理指定的必须的且合理的任务和其他的职责。
10.Works very closely together with the Chief Steward, his assistant Sous Chef and the restaurant supervisor.
配合副总厨和餐厅主管,与管事部经理一起紧密合作。
11.Supervises the preparation of all needed equipment, utensils china glass or silverware
in the Banquet area according to the function sheets.
依照宴会区域的需要,负责监管所有器具,银器,瓷器等必须的设备准备。
12.Checks that the Sous Chef and the restaurant supervisor in his area have always
enough supply of clean kitchen utensils, china, glass silverware.
协助副总厨和餐厅主管做检查,以确保本区域里有足够的干净的厨房用具,瓷器,玻璃器皿和银器。
