2. To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office, Service Centre/Telephone and any other related systems.
3. Enhancing the guest experience.
4. Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.
1.能够很好地处理客人投诉和紧急事件;
2.了解前厅部所有操作系统的知识,服务中心和其他相关系统;

We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
4. Enjoys interacting with people.
5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills.
1. 有豪华酒店相关工作经验者优先;
2. 能用流利的英语进行沟通和写作;
3. 能熟练的使用办公软件;
4. 喜欢与人交往;
