岗位职责Job Summary
1.协助人才发展与企业文化经理在酒店实施培训活动以支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标。Assist L&D Manager to implement the training function to support corporation’s business objectives and management continuity goals.
2.负责珠海瑞吉&珠海华发喜来登两家酒店的基础培训课程开展。Responsible for the basic training courses of the two hotels of The St. Regis Zhuhai & Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel.
3.贯彻标准和相应服务保证培训和发展符合酒店实际情况。Implement tools and services to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives.
4.准备培训资料。Maintain training room in good condition.
5.确保酒店培训记录日常化,规范化。Responsible for training facilities.
岗位要求Job Required
1.至少2年培训部工作经验。Min 2 years working experience in Training Dept.
2.好的沟通技巧。Good organization skills.
