全日餐厅领班的主要职责是促进团队合作并培养有激情的员工，通过引导，支持及辅导所有的服务成员在准备，服务及服务过后如何让客人感到惊喜。他们代表着餐厅及瑞吉酒店的品牌形象，整洁的仪容仪表和良好的沟通能力是必备的。 这个职位不仅要了解餐厅的产品及服务知识，还要为宾客提出的所有问题竭尽全力的提供帮助。他们主动协助餐厅经理管理餐厅的的一切运作.
The ADD Captain promotes team work and develops passionate and committed people. They respectfully lead, support and coach all service colleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent the restaurant, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and shall be at all times impeccably presented. The position not only know the products and services provided but also be able to answer any question the guest may have about restaurants and the Hotel. They take pride and responsibility in assisting the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant.
