Job Responsibilities:
Provide full-process reception for visiting guests, including on-site interpretation and guidance services in English;Handle room reservations, modifications, and special requests, ensuring accurate and efficient management of booking information;Independently or jointly address complaints and emergencies involving foreign guests, safeguarding guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.
Job Requirements:
Nationality: Non-Chinese;Language: Basic working proficiency in Chinese;Experience: Prior work experience in hotel front office, guest relations, or related customer-facing service roles is preferred;Others: Strong ability to work under pressure and a cross-cultural service mindset.
