工作职责
1. To assist as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.

2. To ensure that as a Duty Manager are constantly aware of and `up-to-date' with all happenings and operations within the hotel. It is vital that you have an obvious presence throughout the hotel, and be visible public areas whilst on duty.
作为一名值班经理,要始终密切关注酒店的运作和发生的所有事情。当班期间,必须巡视酒店的各个公共区域和各部门。
3. Responsible for the completion of the night audit.
负责完成夜间查帐。
4. To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by management from time to time.
要始终服从并负责酒店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。
5. The Duty Manager is to ensure and oversee that the Receptionist/Cashier shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
值班经理要负责监督接待员、收银员及时准确地完成本职的日常工作。
6. Responsible for the timely hand-over, briefing by outgoing/incoming.
负责及时向接班的值班经理作好的交班。
任职要求
1 year experience in front office duty manager or related discipline including experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Fluent English
拥有1年前厅值班经理工作经验, 或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景,英文流利。
