Charge all restaurants and lounge operations and staffs on a daily time. Areas of responsibility include a minimum of three restaurant outlets,Bar/Lounge and Room Service. As adepartment head, directs and works with the food and beverage management teamand associates to successfully execute all restaurant operations; strives tocontinually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financialperformance in areas of responsibility.
