岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1.直接向前厅部经理汇报并就所有与宾客服务及酒店运作相关的问题进行沟通。
Report directly to the front hall manager and communicate all issues related to guest service and hotel operations.
2.对各种状况作出反应,以确保来宾被及时的礼貌接待并得到充分的注意和重视。
React to various situations to ensure that guests are promptly and politely received and given sufficient attention and importance.
3.就客人的需求做出反应并解决相关问题。
Respond to customer needs and solve related issues.
4.在高峰期向前厅部工作人员和其他所有部门提供支持和协助。
Provide support and assistance to front office staff and all other departments during peak hours.
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历,英语口语良好。
College degree or above, with good English speaking skills.
2.拥有3年及以上前厅或宾客服务工作经验。
Have at least 3 years of experience in front desk or guest service work.
3.熟悉前台工作。
Familiar with front desk work.
4.熟悉电脑操作。
Familiar with computer operation.
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:22-38岁
- 语言要求:英语-熟练,中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:良好
