Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Responsible for guest satisfaction and serving food and beverages.
·Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
·Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
·Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
·Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
·Carries out assigned duties.
·负责客人满意度和餐饮服务。
·向上级报告的销售记录,客人投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员或设备。
·负责下订单,推销部门特色菜,按照既定的标准服务客人。
·做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
·关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉,请求或询问。
·完成分配的任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·酒店管理专业毕业
