Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Be responsible for managing Restaurant and Bar to deliver an excellent guest service while training talent and working within budgeted guidelines.
·Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
·Performance reviews done in a timely manner.
·Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.
·Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
·负责管理餐厅和酒吧,为客人提供优质的对客服务,培训人才并在既定指导方针下开展工作。
·设定部门目标,工作计划,预算和规章制度。
·及时完成绩效考核。
·做好销售、宾客投诉、解决办法及相关人才、设备的记录。
·无论何时,都要确保酒店,客户和人才的信息或处理的保密性。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 5-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少5年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
