Under the leadership of the head of the guest service center, it is specific to the service of the telephone switchboard.

- According to working procedures and standards, help guests dial outside lines, extension phones and long-distance calls, and be responsible for the transfer between extension stations.
按照工作程序和标准帮助客人拨打外线、分机及长途电话并负责分机间的转接;应答有关总机涉及范围内的询问。
- To count and record the guest's telephone charges.
统计和记录客人的电话费用。
- Clearly memorizing the extension number of the hotel and the telephone number outside the hotel in order to connect and inquire.
清楚记忆酒店各分机号码及酒店外常用电话号码以便接转及查询。
- Handle the outside phone, transfer them to the required extension, and when no one is answering the phone, be sure to ask the guest if they need to leave a message.
处理外线电话,将它们转到所需分机,当没有人接听电话时,一定要主动询问客人是否需要留言。
- Carefully transfer to the "VIP" guest's phone.
慎重转接“VIP”客人的电话。
- Provide wake-up service and set up "do not disturb" for the guests.

- Handle guest message and emergency alarm according to working procedure and standard.

- At the end of the shift, do a good job with the next class.

遇紧急情况,负责通知有关部门,并报告主管。
