Provide a professional, advisory and support service to the Executive Housekeeper to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.Monitor and review Quality Standards for the Department.Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports.Attend meetings as required.Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Technical skills for Housekeeping/Laundry.Supervisory and leadership skills – collaborative, enabling, andentrepreneurial.Interpersonal skills well developed with guests, talents, management.Use/knowledge of PMS, Opera, FOLS. Able to solve problem/make decision within scope.Attention to detail especially cleanliness, room presentation.Able to work independently, reliable, self-directed.
