Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures; assists them in the orientation, training, development and evaluation of their personnel.Assists in employee recruitment and screening system.Receives visitors and candidates in a professional manner as well as ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous delivery of service to them.Assist in preparing the monthly personnel reports such as turnovers, personnel inventories, recruitment, employee accident.To hire, select and/or terminate the department staff, or actioning appropriate personnel movement.Manages performance issues that arise within the Talent & Culture department, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.Effectively communicate to hotel team members using many varied channels.
建立并实施招募、甄选体系和程序,为空缺职位吸引更多有资格的候选人。根据出台的标准、政策和程序与征用部门协调共同招募员工;协助征用部门对新员工入职指导、培训以及发展评估工作。协助人事招聘及筛选工作。以专业的方式迎接参观者及求职应征者, 并为其提供迅速, 有效, 礼貌的服务。协助准备月度人事报告,如人员招聘情况、人员流动,员工人数,招聘新员工和员工事故状况。雇佣、选择和/或终止该部门员工或发布相关人事变动。管理人力资源部门内部出现的表现事宜,以及培训、发展、指导和咨询、业绩评估,并且解决部门团队成员和经理们的问题。以不同的渠道与酒店团队成员有效地沟通。
