n Assisting the manager with the venue’s operation.
辅助经理做好部门运营。
n Associate duty roster and station plan.
安排员工班次及区域划定。
n Handling of guests complains.
处理客人投诉。
n Checking on associate discipline, grooming standards and punctuality.
检查员工履职,仪容仪表及按时出勤情况。
n Ensuring of service standards during operations and also to give training and guidance.
服务中坚持服务标准,并提供培训及指导。
n Checking of guest’s satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.
调查客人满意度,正确处理反馈并跟进。
n Performs opening duties as assigned (check list).
依据安排履行开档职责(检查表)。
n Performs closing duties as assigned (check list).
依据安排履行关档职责(检查表)。
n Restaurant maintenance and housekeeping.
餐厅维护及清洁。
n To update and disseminate relevant information to associates.
更新并与员工分享相关信息。
n Associate development, counseling and resolving associate conflict.
员工发展,咨询及解决员工间的矛盾。
