Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
- Assist the Director of Sales in achieving budgeted revenue and costs
协助销售总监完成收入预算及成本预算
- Develop professional relationships with key players in the designated Market segment to build business
与指定市场区域关键客户保持良好关系以发展更多生意
- Meet with clients to work out the details of their functions. Conduct hotel site inspection and highlight unique selling points as well as excellent services
会见客人并制定出客人的会议细节。陪同客人参观酒店,重点讲解酒店的特色卖点和卓越的服务
- Suggestively sell menus, which meet the client's needs and maximize revenues.
建议性地销售菜单,满足客户的需求,最大限度地增加收入
- Entertain clients when appropriate
在适当的时候在酒店餐厅宴请客户,推销酒店产品和服务
- Ensure that all definite functions are detailed accurately on Banquet Event Orders, and distributed to designated departments on a timely basis.
确保所有已确定的会议都在BEO上精确地列出,并及时发送给相关部门
- Liaise with banquet team to ensure correct set-up of function to meet guests needs
与酒店各部门同事保持联络以确保会场正确搭建满足客人需求
Knowledge and Experience
知识与经验
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
- Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Office, Internet, Delphi and Opera systems
良好的电脑技能,微软办公室软件、互联网,熟悉Delphi及Opera系统
- Min 1 year of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
在国际连锁饭店集团担任类似的工作岗位,具有1年以上的经验
