· Set periodical Banquets budget& forecast and analyze monthly P&L reports

· Ensure proper care, security andmaintenance of Banquet equipment through proper supervision of servicepersonnel, including outside contractors

· Assume responsibility for shiftsupervisory duties on a regular basis, especially with VIP and "atcost" functions
