7. Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.

8.Ensure grooming and general appearance of Heartists conforms to Hotel standards.

9.Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.

10.Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.

11.Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
