Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. To be responsiblefor the daily supervision of the Room Service, concentrating on service procedureand quality of product.
负责送餐部的日常工作监督,重点关注服务流程和产品质量
2. To conduct trainingand skills development programs, such as Lobster Ink, 15 Minutes Training,English Training, Service Excellence Training, Up-selling training (file andadvise from DFB), daily Taste Panels and Menu Classes etc. to ensure welltrained staff offering excellent service to the guest at all times.
开展培训和技能培训,15分钟培训,英语培训,服务技巧培训,销售培训,每日菜单培训及尝试菜品,确保训练有素的员工随时为客人提供优质服务
3. To supervise theservice within the restaurant, to ensure that the service standards, quality ofproduct, staff grooming are with all operational policies and hotel standard
