Handle personnel routine work, mainly for administrating employee data, compensation & benefits etc.

Accurately, safely, confidentially keep all the
personnel records for all the hotel employees.
准确,安全,保密地保存所有员工的人事记录。
Responsible for preparing the related materials
of salary cycle.
负责工资周期所需材料的准备。
Access and check the departmental attendance
record every month by HRMS.
负责部门的员工考勤登记和核对,并完成每月考勤报表。
Handle all relevant issues about social
insurance and housing fund.
负责办理所有在职员工社会保险以及公积金相关事宜。
Deals with all personnel action form, such as
promotion, demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and the following work after
approval.
处理所有人事变动申请(升职、降职、调职、工资调整等),及审批后的后续工作。
Formulate all the statistics related to the
annual leave, personal leave, sick leave for hotel employees.
审核并统计所有酒店员工的年假,事假,病假等。
Employee Misconduct Notice recording.
员工违纪通知单的登记。
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail &
document.
负责内外部的往来文件管理。
Keep abreast the relevant policies of Hangzhou government
及时了解杭州政府的政策。
Assist in monitoring the cleanliness and upkeep
of the employee dining room and locker area, performing random locker
inspections.
协助督促维护员工餐厅,员工更衣室的卫生环境,不定时检查其卫生等。
To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules
& Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy
on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.
熟知并严格遵守员工手册相关管理制度、酒店消防、卫生、健康、安全政策。
Assist in preparing monthly personnel report and
other related HR forms.
协助准备人事方面的月报及其他报表。
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be
added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
根据酒店运营需要,可随时增加其工作职责与任务
