Assist the Executive Chef in supervising the hygiene of all B&F venues and Kitchens (including Green Room) throughout the Hotel, as well as conducting Hygiene training following the Marriott Food Safety guidelines. He/ she is fully responsible in recording, monitoring, developing and executing all Hygiene and Food safety related issues.
