Ensure all Standard Operating Procedure and Local Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.

Request for guest to fill up our GSS forms upon check out.

To counsel/coach all associates to ensure the consistency of their performance.

To liaise with other departments on new policies/packages.

Knowing all emergency procedure at all times.

职位要求:
5 years related experience in 4 or 5 star hotel
5年以上四星、五星级酒店相关经验
Proven good relationship with the Airport and the local Taxi Companies
与机场以及租车公司保持良好的联系
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
要有显著的工作能力以及沟通能力
Detailed Knowledge of Fidelio System /Opera
熟悉操作电脑系统
