Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
To prepare the food to the standard required.
按标准及要求准备食品。
Ensure a high food standard is maintained.

Following hotel Food Safety Management System (FSMS) request.
遵守酒店食品卫生管理制度。
Make sure a clean work place is maintained.
保证工作环境整洁。
Ensure that all guests requests are considered.
确保考虑到所有顾客的需求。
Ensure food is not being wasted.
确保无食物浪费。
Ensure that colleague are handling kitchen equipments properly.
确保工作人员妥善使用厨房设备。
Job Specification职位要求:
At least 1 year work experience at the same position in a five star hotel.
具备五星级酒店同等职位一年以上相关工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Self-starter.
积极主动。
