Major Responsibilities 主要职责：
Greets guests on arrival and ensures prompt delivery of luggage in the room.
在客人抵店时问候客人并确保及时的递送客人的行李。
Provides helpful, prompt, friendly and personalized service to guests.
为客人提供有帮助的，及时的，友好的和个性化服务。
Handles all guest baggage promptly and efficiently on arrival, during stay and departure.
及时高效的处理所有客人在抵店，入住期间和离店时的行李。
Conduct hotel and room orientation.
引导客人熟悉酒店和客房内环境。
Complete all assigned tasks in time.
按时完成上级交付的各项任务。
Job Specification职位要求:
2 years as Butler /Concierge in an international class hotel.
具备两年国际性酒店管家部/礼宾工作经验。
Oral and written fluency in Chinese& English.
中英文口头书面表达能力强。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
