岗位职责:
1、查看交班记录,了解未完成的工作事项;检查夜审报表情况,检查各种报表的分送登记,查看夜班钥匙清点记录和有无过夜的留言信件。
2、保证客人入住及离店手续的效率性,同时保证客人信息与账目的准确性。
3、诚信的保证在部门工作中严格执行酒店所有财务制度。
4、与客人建立并保持良好的关系。负责提供给客人友善、有效的服务。
5、熟知酒店周边区域所有各项活动和信息,并在客人询问时,高效和准确的回复客人。
6、每日房间销售升级和酒店会员招募的目标。
7、遵守酒店关于前厅部的所有制度。
8、始终维持标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Job Duties:
1. Check the shift handover record to unde rstand the unfinished work items; Check the night audit report, check the distribution registration of various reports, check the night shift key count record and check whether there are messages and letters for overnight.
2. Ensure the efficiency of guest check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure the accuracy of guest information and accounts.
3. Honestly ensure that all financial systems of the hotel are strictly implemented in the work of the department.
4. Establish and maintain good relationship with guests. Be responsible for providing friendly and effective services to guests.
5. Be familiar with all activities and information in the surrounding area of the hotel, and respond to guests efficiently and accurately when they ask.
6. The goal of daily room sales promotion and hotel member recruitment.
7. Comply with all the rules and regulations of the front office of the hotel.
8. Maintain a standard personal image and appearance at all times.
岗位要求:
1、大专以上文化程度;
2、熟练使用或有基础Opera系统知识者优先;
3、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感;
4、有责任心及较强的抗压能力。
